We'll show you paths for cycling and walking, benches, restrooms and water fountains, where you can get a kayak into the water, public road ends, campsites, dog parks, decorated mailboxes, public bookcases (including Little Free Library), junked cars, random agricultural equipment, folk art, public art, public parks, trails you've never been quite sure you should be using, picnic tables on barely-used trails, trails you wish you'd known about before, fairy houses, fiberglass frogs, bus stops, bus shelters, venues you can rent, historic buildings you can learn about, trees you can swing from, and where the Port Blakely Mill and Port Madison Mill buildings used to be. Driveways and pull-outs, roads you can walk on, roads you probably shouldn't, and roads you didn't even know existed. Safe Routes To Schools, and where all the stores, post offices, schools and landings were back when people walked from Port Madison to Madrone for a weekend away.
